  4. Type “/unhost” into the chat area without quotation marks when you want to avoid hosting another Twitch user’s channel.

Bear in mind that only three host commands can be generated per hour. But if you start hosting a channel, then un host the channel and start hosting another channel within the same hour, you’ll have to wait for some further host commands to be placed within the hour.
